Spiritual direction with Steve Arnold is in the Christian tradition and expression.

Spiritual direction is best accomplished when director and directee can be present in the same room as they become present before God.

Spiritual directions sessions are one hour in length and involve alternating times of quiet, reflection, and discussion.

Spiritual direction sessions are held in strictest confidence. Exceptions to confidentiality exist in areas that require mandatory reporting or if the director senses that the directee may harm self and/or others.

Spiritual direction does not take the place of psychological counseling. Meeting with both a psychologist and a spiritual director is sometimes a very helpful thing to do.
